Requirement:

Eco Environmental Services were contacted by the Facilities Lead @ North British Distillery in Edinburgh as they were experiencing some maintenance issues with their in-house Bird Control System within their Tanker Bay location.

The requirement was to prevent pigeons from accessing and roosting within the Tanker Bay areas.

Solution:

Attended site; supplied and installed our 50mm Pigeon Netting with stainless steel fixings; Zips to netting installed to allow for maintenance access to lights and pipes areas.

Access Strategy:

MEWP (IPAF trained staff) for high level access works – all of our trained MEWP operators have attended a recognised operator training course and received a certificate and card listing the categories of MEWP the bearer is trained to operate.

Comments:

The team at Eco were delighted to have been awarded works with this esteemed client, North British Distillery are the only remaining producer of Scotch grain whiskey in Edinburgh.  Client signed of our Job Completion form and works carried out as “very professional”
