We only went and did it!!!! - Britain’s Ocean City Half Marathon 19.05.19.
Plymouth’s Half Marathon is a challenging route which takes in all that is great about Plymouth.
Two members from our Plymouth based Head office were delighted to take part in this race last month and raised £440 of much needed charitable funds for the Meningitis Research Foundation.
Operations Director Fiona Kerslake and Supply Chain Manager Melvyn Griffiths worked hard to keep their training on track throughout the winter months and were delighted with their individual race times…………..Melvyn running the 13.1-mile distance in an impressive 1 Hour 33 Minutes.
Melvyn and Fiona are seriously considering signing up again in 2020 when Plymouth celebrates the Mayflower 2020 commemorating the 400th anniversary of the Mayflower pioneering voyage.
