Requirements
Eco Environmental were asked by our client to assist them with an established flock of Pigeons that had colonised within the internal lightwell that provided the existing student tenants access to fresh air and natural light.
Solution
Having familiarised ourselves with the current onsite problem we were able to offer a simple but cost-efficient solution to deny the bird’s further access.
This was achieved by supplying and installing our 50mm Bird Netting secured to a stainless-steel perimeter cable, cable fastened with stainless steel self-drive screws, to cap off the internal light well.
Access Strategy
Following on from a site induction our works were completed by our certified two-man team who accessed the areas safely using a combination of internal access through the building coupled with harness and lanyard work restraint lines checked and tested by us prior to commencing the works. All training tickets and competencies are produced on request to match those required within the agreed RAMS.
